Il\u0131man iklimlerde yayg\u0131n olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclen bu hastal\u0131klar, \u015feftali, nektarin, kay\u0131s\u0131, kiraz, vi\u015fne, erik ve badem gibi sert \u00e7ekirdekli meyve t\u00fcrlerinde ciddi ekonomik kay\u0131plara yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kahverengi \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fckl\u00fckten yaprak k\u0131v\u0131rc\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131na, k\u00fcllemeden pas hastal\u0131klar\u0131na kadar farkl\u0131 etmenlerin neden oldu\u011fu bu sorunlar, do\u011fru k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00f6nlemler ve kimyasal m\u00fccadele y\u00f6ntemleriyle kontrol alt\u0131na al\u0131nabilmektedir. Bu yaz\u0131m\u0131zda tar\u0131msal \u00fcretimi tehdit eden ve baz\u0131 sert \u00e7ekirdekli meyvelerde g\u00f6r\u00fclen fungal hastal\u0131klara ve m\u00fccadele y\u00f6ntemlerine de\u011finece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kahverengi \u00c7\u00fcr\u00fckl\u00fck (Mumya) Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda \u0131l\u0131man iklim meyve yeti\u015ftiricili\u011finin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 her yerde g\u00f6r\u00fclen bir hastal\u0131kt\u0131r. Patojen etmenler, \u015feftali, nektarin, kiraz, vi\u015fne, kay\u0131s\u0131, erik ve bademleri infekte etmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kahverengi \u00c7\u00fcr\u00fckl\u00fck Belirtileri<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Patojen \u0130lk infeksiyonunu, ilkbaharda \u00e7i\u00e7eklerden ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirir ve s\u00fcrg\u00fcn yan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Nemli ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda, bu lezyonlarda k\u00fcl-grisi-kahverengi konidi k\u00fcmeleri geli\u015fir. Her biri yeni bir infeksiyon ba\u015flatma potansiyeli olan bir lezyonda binlerce konidiler olabilir. Yere d\u00fc\u015fmeyen hastal\u0131kl\u0131 meyveler suyunu kaybederek b\u00fcz\u00fcl\u00fcr ve dallara yap\u0131\u015farak kal\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu nedenle hastal\u0131\u011fa \u201cmumyala\u015fma\u201d da denir. Bazen fungus infeksiyonu meyveden dallara do\u011fru yayabilir. <em>M. fructicola<\/em> ve <em>M. laxa<\/em> \u00e7i\u00e7eklerde ve s\u00fcrg\u00fcnlerde yan\u0131kl\u0131k, olgunla\u015fm\u0131\u015f meyvelerde kahverengi yumu\u015fak \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fckl\u00fc\u011fe ve gen\u00e7 meyve infeksiyonlar\u0131nda ise mumyala\u015fmaya neden olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kahverengi \u00c7\u00fcr\u00fckl\u00fck ile Nas\u0131l M\u00fccadele Edilir?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meyve bah\u00e7esinin yerinin havaland\u0131r\u0131lmaya uygun yerlerden se\u00e7ilmesi ve kurulmas\u0131 fungal hastal\u0131k infeksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltmada ilk olarak dikkate al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken \u00f6nlemdir. Dayan\u0131kl\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fit kullanmas\u0131 te\u015fvik edilmeli, patojenin ilk inokulum kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak veya yok etmek i\u00e7in hasattan sonra, a\u011fa\u00e7larda \u00e7i\u00e7ek ve s\u00fcrg\u00fcn yan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6steren dallar, mumyala\u015fm\u0131\u015f meyveler toplan\u0131p yak\u0131lmal\u0131 veya topra\u011fa derin g\u00f6m\u00fclmeli, hasattan sonra meyveler yaralanmamal\u0131 ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda depolanmal\u0131, bah\u00e7e etraf\u0131nda bulunan yabani Prunus t\u00fcrleri m\u00fcmk\u00fcnse s\u00f6k\u00fclerek uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kimyasal M\u00fccadele Y\u00f6ntemleri<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7i\u00e7ek yan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek amac\u0131yla hava ko\u015fullar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak 1-3 kez ila\u00e7lama yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>1. \u0130la\u00e7lama<\/strong>: \u0130lkbaharda \u00e7i\u00e7ek tomurcuklar\u0131 kabar\u0131nca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2. \u0130la\u00e7lama<\/strong>: \u00c7i\u00e7ekler a\u00e7maya ba\u015flar ba\u015flamaz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>3. \u0130la\u00e7lama<\/strong>: \u00c7i\u00e7ekten yakla\u015f\u0131k 15 g\u00fcn sonra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Yaprak Delen (\u00c7il) Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Patojen kay\u0131s\u0131, \u015feftali ve nektarinlerde \u015fiddetli hastal\u0131k olu\u015ftururken, eriklerde herhangi bir zarar olu\u015fturmamaktad\u0131r. Fakat nadiren de olsa kirazlarda hastal\u0131k yapmaktad\u0131r. Patojen aseksuel konidileri ile infeksiyonlar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmektedir. Bitki yaprak ve meyvelerinde lezyonlarda bulunan konidiler etrafa su damlac\u0131klar\u0131 ile yay\u0131l\u0131rlar. Konidilerin \u00e7imlenebilmesi i\u00e7in en az bir saat su filmi, dal infeksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmesi i\u00e7in 24 saat \u0131slakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n devam etmesi gerekmektedir. Bu patojen 15-20 \u00b0C\u2019de geli\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Yaprak Delen Hastal\u0131k Belirtileri<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u015eeftali, nektarin ve kay\u0131s\u0131da hastal\u0131k belirtileri ayn\u0131d\u0131r. Ya\u011f\u0131\u015fl\u0131 ge\u00e7en k\u0131\u015f aylar\u0131nda fungus dormant haldeki tomurcuklar\u0131 infekte ederek \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcr. \u00d6l\u00fc tomurcuklar bazen onlara parlak bir g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm veren sak\u0131zl\u0131 bir salg\u0131 ile kaplan\u0131r. \u015eeftali ve nektarinlerde, \u00e7o\u011funlukla merkezde sporodo\u015fya ile olu\u015fan 3-10 mm \u00e7ap\u0131nda g\u00f6vde lezyonu olu\u015ftururlar ancak kay\u0131s\u0131larda bu dal lezyonlar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmez. Yaprak ve meyve lezyonlar\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck morumsu alanlar olarak ba\u015flar. Meyvede lezyonlar \u00e7o\u011funlukla meyvenin dala ba\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131mlarda bol miktarda geli\u015fir ve sonu\u00e7ta mantarla\u015farak sertle\u015fir. Atmosferde s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131p, nem azald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, yapraktaki lezyonlu k\u0131s\u0131m yapraktan kuruyarak d\u00f6k\u00fcl\u00fcr ve ortas\u0131 delik kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u201cSa\u00e7ma deli\u011fi\u201d ad\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Yaprak Delen M\u00fccadelesi Nas\u0131l Yap\u0131l\u0131r?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fungal inokulum miktar\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak i\u00e7in hastal\u0131kl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fc dal ve s\u00fcrg\u00fcnler budanarak uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131, budama dormant d\u00f6nemde yap\u0131lmal\u0131 ve budama art\u0131klar\u0131 imha edilmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kimyasal M\u00fccadele Y\u00f6ntemleri<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yaprak delen (\u00c7il) hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131 \u015feftali, nektarin ve kay\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitleri olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in kimyasal m\u00fccadele \u00f6nemlidir. Sonbahar ya\u011fmurlar\u0131ndan \u00f6nce bordo bulamac\u0131 veya bak\u0131rl\u0131 preparatlarla dormant dallar\u0131n ila\u00e7lanmas\u0131 \u00f6ncelikle yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kay\u0131s\u0131larda \u00f6zellikle meyve tutumu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftikten hemen sonra yaprak ve meyve infeksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in ila\u00e7lamaya ba\u015flamak gerekmektedir. Bu d\u00f6nemde yapraklar bak\u0131rl\u0131 preparatlara \u00e7ok duyarl\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in ziram, thiram, cholorothalonil gibi organik fungisitlerle ila\u00e7lanmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6nerilen fungisitler i\u00e7in BK\u00dc veri taban\u0131na bak\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">K\u00fclleme Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00dc\u00e7 k\u00fclleme t\u00fcr\u00fc sert \u00e7ekirdekli meyveleri infekte etmektedir. Bunlar, Kiraz K\u00fcllemesi Podosphaera clandestina, Elma K\u00fcllemesi Podosphaera leucotricha ve G\u00fcl K\u00fcllemesi Sphaerotheca pannosa\u2019d\u0131r. Meyve infeksiyonlar\u0131nda zarar \u015feftali, nektarin, kay\u0131s\u0131 ve Japon eriklerinde % 50 iken kirazlarda % 100\u2019e ula\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Yaprak infeksiyonlar\u0131 \u00f6zellikle fidanl\u0131klarda \u00f6nemli zarar olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00fcllemenin aseksuel konidileri eliptik ve silindir \u015feklinde konidioforlar \u00fczerinde zincir \u015feklinde olu\u015furlar. Erken ilkbaharda S. pannosa erik ve kay\u0131s\u0131 yaprak ve meyvelerinde infeksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirir. Birincil inokulum kayna\u011f\u0131 erik ve kay\u0131s\u0131 bah\u00e7elerinin yak\u0131n\u0131nda bulunan infekteli g\u00fcl ve \u015feftali a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131d\u0131r. K\u00fclleme etmeni bu a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n g\u00f6z ve s\u00fcrg\u00fcnlerinde misel halinde k\u0131\u015f\u0131 ge\u00e7irir. Konidileri r\u00fczgarla yay\u0131l\u0131r ve duyarl\u0131 konuk\u00e7u dokular\u0131 buldu\u011funda infeksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirir. Konidiler 2-37 \u00b0C\u2019de \u00e7imlenebilir ancak optimum s\u0131cakl\u0131k 21 \u00b0C\u2019dir. Etmen k\u0131\u015f\u0131, \u015feftali g\u00f6zlerinin kabuklar\u0131nda misel olarak, g\u00fcl tomurcuklar\u0131nda ise dormant halde ge\u00e7irmektedir. Kleistotesyumlardan askosporlar\u0131n serbest kalmas\u0131 serbest suyun varl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hava s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n 15 \u00b0C\u2019yi bulmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Birincil infeksiyonlar hem misel hem de askospor ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015firken, \u0130kincil infeksiyonlar s\u00fcrekli olup, aseks\u00fcel konidiler ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. Hava s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 28-30 \u02daC\u2019nin \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kar ve nisbi nem oran\u0131 da % 70-75\u2019lerin alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015ferse hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n etkisi azal\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">K\u00fclleme Hastal\u0131k Belirtileri<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yapraklar, tomurcuklar, ye\u015fil s\u00fcrg\u00fcnler ve meyveler genellikle toz halinde fungus miseli ile kapl\u0131 olup, \u00fczerlerine un serpilmi\u015f gibi bir g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm verirler. Patojenin \u00e7i\u00e7ek infeksiyonlar\u0131 \u00e7ok seyrek g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Yapraklar daha sonra i\u00e7eriye do\u011fru k\u0131vr\u0131l\u0131r veya k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck kal\u0131r. A\u011f\u0131r infeksiyonlar genellikle yapraklarda kloroza daha sonra nekroza d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr ve yapraklar\u0131n d\u00f6k\u00fclmesine neden olur. K\u00fclleme ile infekteli gen\u00e7 fidanlar bodur kal\u0131r ve yapraklar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00f6ker.&nbsp; Zamanla bu unumsu tabaka \u00fczerinde patojenin e\u015feyli \u00fcreme yap\u0131lar\u0131 kleistotesiyumlar olu\u015fur. Kay\u0131s\u0131, kiraz, erik, \u015feftali ve nektarin k\u00fcllemeye kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ok duyarl\u0131 meyve t\u00fcrleridir. Bah\u00e7elerde en b\u00fcy\u00fck kay\u0131plar genellikle meyve infeksiyonlar\u0131ndan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r, K\u00fclleme ile infekteli elma bah\u00e7elerinin yak\u0131n\u0131nda bulunan \u015feftali meyvelerinde ekonomik kay\u0131p daha fazla g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">K\u00fclleme M\u00fccadelesi Nas\u0131l Yap\u0131l\u0131r?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dayan\u0131kl\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fit kullanmal\u0131, sert \u00e7ekirdekli meyve bah\u00e7elerinin yak\u0131n\u0131nda k\u00fcllemeye duyarl\u0131 g\u00fcl a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131 bulundurulmamal\u0131, hava sirk\u00fclasyonu olan alanlarda bah\u00e7e kurulmal\u0131, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 azotlu g\u00fcbrelemeden ka\u00e7\u0131nmak, hastal\u0131kl\u0131 kuru bitki dallar\u0131 ve s\u00fcrg\u00fcnleri budanmal\u0131 ve yere d\u00f6k\u00fclen bitki art\u0131klar\u0131 ile toplan\u0131p imha edilmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kimyasal M\u00fccadele Y\u00f6ntemleri<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meyve infeksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 engellemek amac\u0131 ile kimyasal m\u00fccadele uygulamak. \u00d6zellikle \u015feftalilerde k\u00fclleme miselleri tomurcuk kabuklar\u0131nda k\u0131\u015f\u0131 ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi i\u00e7in ilkbaharda \u0131slanabilir k\u00fck\u00fcrtl\u00fc bile\u015fiklerle 8-10 g\u00fcn aral\u0131klarla a\u011fa\u00e7lar ila\u00e7land\u0131\u011f\u0131nda meyvelerdeki pas lekesi \u00f6nlenebilmektedir. \u00d6nerilen fungisitler i\u00e7in BK\u00dc veri taban\u0131na bak\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Yaprak K\u0131v\u0131rc\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u015eeftali, kiraz ve badem yaprak k\u0131v\u0131rc\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda \u015feftali, nektarin, kiraz ve bademlerin yo\u011fun olarak yeti\u015ftirildi\u011fi yerlerde g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de en \u00e7ok \u015feftali, nektarin ve bademlerde g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Gen\u00e7 yapraklar\u0131 aseksuel konidiler infekte eder, fakat infeksiyon zaman\u0131 a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n meyve geli\u015fim d\u00f6nemlerine g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fkenlik g\u00f6sterir. \u00d6zellikle g\u00f6zlerin patlama d\u00f6neminde h\u0131zla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. A\u011fa\u00e7larda tomurcuklar\u0131n kabarmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemde serin ve ya\u011f\u0131\u015fl\u0131 hava patojenin geli\u015fimi i\u00e7in uygun olup, fungal geli\u015fim i\u00e7in optimum s\u0131cakl\u0131k 20 \u00b0C, minimum s\u0131cakl\u0131k ise 9 \u00b0C\u2019dir. Aseksuel konidiler 26-30 \u00b0C aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ve % 95 orant\u0131l\u0131 nemde bol miktarda tomurcuklanarak \u00e7o\u011fal\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Yaprak K\u0131v\u0131rc\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Belirtileri<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130lkbaharda b\u00fcy\u00fcmekte olan olan gen\u00e7 yapraklarda sar\u0131dan k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131ya do\u011fru de\u011fi\u015fen alanlar olu\u015fur. Bu simptomlu alanlar geli\u015ftik\u00e7e yapra\u011f\u0131n k\u0131vr\u0131lmas\u0131na neden olacak \u015fekilde kal\u0131nla\u015f\u0131r ve b\u00fczg\u00fcl\u00fc hal al\u0131r. K\u0131zar\u0131k b\u00fczg\u00fcl\u00fc alanlar gevrekle\u015fir ve beyaz\u0131ms\u0131 sporlarla kaplan\u0131r. \u0130nfekteli yapraklar \u00e7o\u011funlukla zamans\u0131z bir \u015fekilde d\u00f6k\u00fcl\u00fcr veya dalda as\u0131l\u0131 kal\u0131r, zamanla bu yapraklar koyu kahverengiye d\u00f6nerler. B\u00f6yle infekteli a\u011fa\u00e7larda meyve tutumu son derece azd\u0131r. Ye\u015fil s\u00fcrg\u00fcnler de hastal\u0131ktan etkilenir, kal\u0131nla\u015f\u0131r ve \u015fekli bozulur.
